APPLY_FOR_A_FREE_DOMAIN
Check availability, register, and resolve your domain on SEUS DNS, all from one dashboard. No annual fees, ever.
PROCEDURE
FOUR_STEPS
From search to resolving in minutes
- 01
CHECK_AVAILABILITY
Search your name in the domain console and see if it is free, instantly. Pick any of the live suffixes.
- 02
CREATE_YOUR_SEUS_ACCOUNT
Create your account in the domain console and verify your GitHub account (it needs to be at least two years old).
- 03
REGISTER_AND_RESOLVE
Claim the name and it lands on SEUS DNS, our global resolution service. No third-party DNS setup: add your records right in the console. A, AAAA, MX, NS, CAA, TXT, CNAME, ALIAS, HTTPS are all supported.
- 04
DEPLOY_AND_KEEP_IT_ALIVE
Point your new domain at something real, whether that is a blog, a project page, or anything in between. Domains left empty for 30 days are reclaimed so others can use them. Day-to-day management all happens in the same console.
GOOD_TO_KNOW
THE_RULES
Short, fair, and enforced for everyone
- A domain is a single label under the suffix:
myname.is-a.siworks,my.name.is-a.sidoes not; - The name must not hit the reserved words list;
- By registering you agree to the Registration and Use Agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Privacy Policy;
- Applied through a GitHub pull request in the past? Your suffix priority is preserved. Sign in to the domain console with your original Whois email and your domain will be allocated to you automatically. Allocations can be completed from October 7, 2026 onward, and the My Domains page shows the status of each of your domains.
